Weve Terms of Service

Effective date: October 8, 2026

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the conditions for using Weve, the location-based music sharing app, and related services (the "Service") provided by EscapeSalary (the "Company"), and the rights and obligations of the Company and users.

2. Definitions

• "User": a member who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service
• "Drop": a post in which a user leaves a song at their current location (optionally with a memo or photo). A "Super Drop" is a drop highlighted for a limited time
• "Pick up": saving another user's drop to your collection

3. Posting and changes

We post these Terms in the app and at we-ve.com. We may amend them within the limits of applicable law and will give notice at least 7 days before changes take effect (30 days for unfavorable changes). If you don't agree, you may delete your account.

4. Account

• The agreement is formed when you sign in with Apple or Google and agree to these Terms, the Location-Based Service Terms and the collection and use of personal information.
• You must be at least 14 years old.
• Using someone else's account or false information may result in restrictions.

5. The Service

The Service is free. We may change or discontinue all or part of it for operational or technical reasons, with advance notice for material changes. Songs are played in external apps such as Apple Music, YouTube Music or Spotify, subject to their own terms.

6. Your obligations

You must not:

• post memos or photos that infringe others' reputation, privacy, copyright or other rights
• post obscene, violent, hateful or illegal content, ads or spam
• use the Service abnormally, e.g. by spoofing your location
• disrupt the Service or collect other users' information

7. Content

• You own the memos and photos you post, and grant us a free license to display and store them as needed to operate the Service.
• Song titles, artists and artwork are metadata from providers such as Apple; rights belong to their respective owners.
• Posts that receive enough reports or violate Section 6 may be hidden or removed automatically or manually. You can block other users.

8. Restrictions

If you violate these Terms, we may issue warnings, hide posts, or suspend or permanently terminate your account.

9. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in app Settings. Your account information and posts are then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure or network failures, problems caused by the user, or disputes arising from content posted by users.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
